KRAL KADAYIF DESSERT RECIPES
Ingredients:
- 500 g. KRAL Dried Kadayif
- 1.2 kg of sugar (7 water glasses)
- 1.2 l. of water (7 water glasses), or the same amount of milk
- 3-4 drops of lemon juice
- 250 g. melted butter/margarine
- Inner ingredients: 200 g. of coarsely ground hazelnuts, walnuts or pistachios
Preparation:
- Put all syrup ingredients (sugar, water, lemon juice) in a suitable pot to boil.
- If you are going to make the syrup with milk, do not add lemon juice or water!
- Boil the syrup for about 5 minutes. (It is recommended that the syrup is rather fluid so that kadayif absorbs it better.)
- Let the syrup to cool for 40-50 minutes.
- First, break up dried kadayif into small pieces in a suitable bowl by hands.
- Then, mix the dried kadayif with melted butter/margarine.
- Lay half of the dried kadayif on an oiled tray.
- Put the inner ingredients (hazelnuts/walnuts/pistachios) homogeneouslyy on the 1st layer.
- Lay the other half of the dried kadayif on the tray.
- After the laying process, press the top of the dried shredded dough using a flat cutting board or another object.
- Place the dried kadayif tray in the oven set at 180 °C. Cook it until its bottom and top are browned.
- Pour the cool syrup on the hot dried kadayif.
- Wait for approximately 1 hours so that the dried kadayif absorbs the syrup.
- Optionally, you can serve your dried kadayif dessert with ice cream, pistachios, cream or coconut.

Ingredients:
- 3 phyllos
- 200 gr. Kadayif
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups water
- Half a lemon
Preparation:
- Put the syrup ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 25 minutes.
- When it boils, we put it in a bowl to cool.
- While the syrup is cooling, we prepare our dessert.
- Finely chop kadayif.
- Chop walnut and mix it with kadayif.
- We open the phyllos on the counter one after the other.
- We cut all three of them into 8 equal triangles.
- We distribute kadayif mortar on the wide edges.
- We wrap it like a cigar.
- We fry the pastries in oil and take them in a colander.
- When we take the dessert out the oil, we take it into cold syrup.
- When our dessert downs the syrup, we take it out and serve it.

Ingredients:
- 350 gr. Shredded dough
- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 100 gr. butter
- Half cup of oil
- 3 cups of Milk
- 2.5 cups of granulated sugar
Preparation:
- The hazelnut is coarsely crushed.
- Take a piece of kadayif and wrap it around a coarsely crushed hazelnut.
- The same process is applied for other kadayif.
- Wraps are arranged in an oiled ovenware.
- Mix the oil and melted butter and pour it over the kadayif.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb the oil and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven until golden brown.
- For syrup/sherbet, milk and sugar are cooked for 20 minutes and left to cool.
- After the dessert is taken out of the oven, it will be very hot. Wait for it to cool down.
- Then the warm syrup is poured.
- It is served after absorbing the syrup.
