KRAL SPECIAL KADAYIF DESSERT RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Wrapped Kadayif, Nightingale’s Nest or Rose Kadayif Dessert
- 1000 g. Sugar (5 water glasses)
- 1000 ml. Water (5 water glasses)
- Lemon: 3-4 drops of lemon juice
Preparation:
- Boil all syrup ingredients (sugar, water, lemon juice) in a suitable pot.
- Boil the syrup over a medium heat for about 30 minutes.
- When the syrup drops start to get heavy, it reaches the appropriate consistency.
- When the syrup becomes warm, pour it evenly on the kadayif.
- Optionally, you can serve your dessert with ice cream, pistachio, cream or coconut.
