KRAL SPECIAL KADAYIF DESSERT RECIPE
Ingredients:

  • Wrapped Kadayif, Nightingale’s Nest or Rose Kadayif Dessert
  • 1000 g. Sugar (5 water glasses)
  • 1000 ml. Water (5 water glasses)
  • Lemon: 3-4 drops of lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Boil all syrup ingredients (sugar, water, lemon juice) in a suitable pot.
  2. Boil the syrup over a medium heat for about 30 minutes.
  3. When the syrup drops start to get heavy, it reaches the appropriate consistency.
  4. When the syrup becomes warm, pour it evenly on the kadayif.
  5. Optionally, you can serve your dessert with ice cream, pistachio, cream or coconut.
